Laps for Leukemia raised over $10,000 for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Eastern PA Chapter.

A Race for LLS

The fourth annual Laps for Leukemia race was held at Lehigh Valley Grand Prix this past Sunday. The event was a huge success with 11 teams fighting for first place in a 2 hour long endurance race. LVGP manager, Ryan Suchon enjoys being a part of the event each year, “It’s awesome to have great support for such a great cause. All of the car dealerships involved come back year after year to make the event a total success.”

Top 3 Teams

Adams Outdoor Advertising placed in 1^st for the second year in a row! It was a close race, with all top 3 teams placing within seconds of each other. The team’s best lap was an outstanding 32.102. Congrats to Adams Outdoor Advertising Team! Coming in at a close second place was Faulkner Subaru with their best lap being 32.611. The Bennett II team ranked in third place.

“LLS is extremely grateful for the relationship that Mike McCreary, Lehigh Valley Grand Prix, and Adams Outdoor Advertising have created with the Lehigh Valley car dealers and LLS through Laps for Leukemia.  In the past four years, this event has raised over $42,000 to support LLS’ mission. Since LVGP donates all proceeds to the event annually, 100% of those dollars goes directly to LLS’ mission” says LLS Senior Campaign Manager, Pamela Formica.
