Why LVGP?

What is the age to race the go karts?

The junior karts are ages 8 to 14. Juniors must meet the height requirement of 48 inches. The adult karts require a minimum age of 15 years and a minimum height of 56 inches.

Do you host private parties?

Yes, LVGP is a great spot to host private events. There are options between full venue rentals as well as private race heats.

Do you supply all the equipment to race?

Yes, LVGP supplies all guests with helmets for racing. Gloves which are optional can be purchased onsite.

How fast are the go karts?

The adult karts reach speeds up to 45mph and the Junior karts reach speeds of 35mph. LVGP is one of the fastest indoor karting facilities in the United States due to track layout and the karts utilized.

How long are the races?

Standard races at LVGP are 7 minutes. Drivers typically get 10 to 14 laps around the track in that time. There are different race formats and lengths available for private event bookings.

Is there a weight limit?

The weight limit is 275 lbs.

What is the required attire?

LVGP requires all drivers to wear closed toe shoes while racing. All hair must be secured and put up so as to not interfere with the go kart. Drivers should also dress for outside temperatures as the track has outside air circulated throughout the track for ventilation.

Do you offer competitive racing?

Yes the Junior racing league as well as the Turkey Bowl and LVGP500 are competitive events held at LVGP. Private event packages also offer competitive formats for groups.

Can you make reservations?

Yes, reservations are highly recommended to guarantee race time and axe throwing. All reservations are made directly through the website. Payment is required in full for the reservation. Reservations cannot be made over the phone.

Do all participants need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all participants must sign a waiver to race. Waivers for minors must be signed by a parent or guardian.

What is the minimum age requirement for axe throwing?

The minimum age for axe throwing at LVGP is 15 years of age. All minors must have a parent or guardian present at all times in the axe room.

Do you offer gift cards?
